The Secretary of State’s Special Representative for Global Intergovernmental Affairs Reta Jo Lewis will travel to Beijing and Tianjin, China, to attend the U.S.-China Governors Forum April 15-16. In Beijing, April 15, Special Representative Lewis will address the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC). She also will meet with Chinese central and provincial government officials to promote subnational partnerships.
