Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker Opens State Center in Shanghai

Governor Scott Walker opens the Wisconsin State Center in Shanghai, which was intended to deepen business ties to China.
Four agreements were signed at the opening ceremony: Shanghai Beilong Materials said it would purchase 50 welding systems from ITW’s Miller Electric; the University of Wisconsin-Madison agreed to provide advanced training for dairy farm managers from the Shanghai Dairy Group; Shanghai DingNiu Feed signed a letter of intent to purchase feed from Badger State Ethanol; and the Shanghai Dairy Group signed a letter of intent with the state of Wisconsin to buy animal feed and agricultural equipment from Wisconsin.
