U.S.-China Aviation Symposium Launches Environmental Partnership

Six U.S. airports are participating in an environmental partnership with China. The U.S. airports will share experiences with Chinese counterparts on issues such as aircraft and vehicle emissions, terminal and airfield energy conservation, green construction projects, waste management and water quality. The FAA will provide policy guidance.
Outcomes: 
An exchange of best practices and common approaches to lessen the environmental impact of airport development and management.
