American journalists traveled to different parts of China in order to meet with scholars and governmental officials, as well as explore tech companies and numerous cultural sites.
Outcomes: 
Through the many meetings and conversations, they exchanged views on topical issues of China U.S. relations, exchanged views on China-US relations, Belt and Road Initiative, North Korean Nuclear tests, the Nineteenth Party Congress, China’s soft power, aging population, environmental protection and the preservation of minority heritages.
