Illinois State University Study Abroad in Shanghai

Illinois State University offers a study abroad program in Shanghai with host institution Tongji University. Tongji University has two campuses, Siping and Jiading, where students may take Chinese culture classes, Mandarin language classes, and ITK and computer science courses.
Outcomes: 
Students will take classes at Tongji University, one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education in China. Classes are taught in both Chinese and English. Students will also have the opportunity to join excursions around Shanghai as well as to meet and befriend local Chinese students.
