Director of Kaplan University International Department Visited Shangqiu Teacher's School

Andrew Kramer, director of the International Department met with the vice president of Shangqiu Teacher's School as well as representatives from the International Exchange Center at the International Study School. The two sides discussed their collaborative programs and planned to carry out more student and faculty exchange events.
