Chinese company sues Paramount for 20.8 million RMB over Transformers film

A tourism company operating a Chinese scenic park featured in the latest Transformers installment is suing Paramount Pictures for its failure to promote the name of the park in the film. The Wulong Karst Tourism company from Chongqing filed the law suit on Wednesday and is demanding 20.8 million yuan in compensation from the US film studio for failing to "show Wulong scenic park's name or logo through pictures and actors' lines, as well as to indicate Chinese Wulong in an obvious landmark sign".
Outcomes: 
The company has also demanded that Paramount include "Wulong, China" in DVDs and all other versions of the film released in the future.
