ACC Summer Field Studies Program with Hamilton College

Hamilton College offers the ACC Field Studies Program for advanced students of Chinese combines field experiences in rural China with advanced language courses for a 7-week total immersion. Students will go on a three-week field study in different parts of China where they will engage in a comparative study of U.S. and China's contemporary society and educational systems through hands-on projects. This is followed by a three-week intensive Chinese language courses & culture lectures about China in Beijing.
Outcomes: 
Participants earn 2 undergraduate units from Hamilton College (typically 8 academic credits) and a greater understanding of education in rural China.
