2015 Pacific Energy Summit: U.S.-China Energy Cooperation

As part of their 2015 Pacific Energy Summit, the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) hosted an on-the-record media roundtable discussion in Beijing, China. Topics included prospects for U.S.-China energy cooperation, addressing climate change, and U.S. and Chinese energy markets.
Outcomes: 
Admiral Dennis Blair, co-chair of the Pacific Energy Summit, and Zhou Dadi, Vice President of the China Energy Research Society, served as panelists. Both expressed the need for the U.S. and china to work together in order to achieve any concrete success in the field, including the need to forgive and learn from each other.
