The group (11 students,1 faculty and 1 staff) visited Shanghai Business School International Studies Center. Its purpose was to learn about Chinese culture and the current economic development of Chinese cities.

The delegation learned about the academic development and collaboration efforts with the Korean Schools of Liaoning Vocational College. It also learned about the golf major and discussed on future collaboration, which would be beneficial to the College's golf major.

SAF president John Belcher led the delegation. SAF learned more about ZUEL's efforts in international academic exchanges and its academic development. The two sides talked about future cooperation between SAF and ZUCL.

Provost and executive vice chancellor Ralph J. Hexter led a UC Davis delegation to China to develop low-carbon transportation strategies for China. Hexter delivered a keynote address at the World Business District Network Summit in Beijing and introduced California's low-carbon transportation status. The delegation visited Beijing and then Xi'an.
