Wheat in China: A Report for the CSCPRC

The delegation traveled to China with the following goals: studying Chinese wheat research, examine production and distribution methods, observe processing, learn about soil management and to observe Chinese wheat germ plasm.
Outcomes: 
The delegation observed that while China's wheat breeding program was extensive and impressive, it lacks the foundational knowledge in genetics, statistics and other sciences, needed to make further advances.
