Nuclear Science in China: A Report for the CSCPRC

The American delegation traveled to China with the hopes of better understanding the advancement of nuclear physics following the Cultural Revolution. The delegation gave various lectures and were able to discuss their pertinent fields with counterparts.
Outcomes:
The delegation visited a electrostatic accelerators factory in Shanghai, of which they were extremely impressed. Visiting this factory was somewhat of a bureaucratic nightmare, but ended up showing how open China had become in sharing their advancements.
