A four-member team of experts led by New Mexico State University organized a tour in china to vist univeristies and developmental organization in Beijing, Shkjiazhuang and Kunming.
Outcomes: 
The team aimed to observe China's rural communities simiar to that of New Mexico, and exchange past experiences in developing rural communities through education, internet connections etc.
