The Qingdao National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology, U.S. National Center for Atmosphere Research and Texas A&M University have created a research lab that will focus on improving prediction of extreme weather.
Outcomes: 
The lab has locations at all the partner institutions and will share collaborative goals over the next five years.
